Managing DirectorWith over three decades of hands-on experience in civil construction, Mr. Agarwal has been the driving force behind BHIPL's growth from a regional contractor to a CRISIL-rated infrastructure firm. His association with road construction began in 1999, and he has since developed deep expertise in highway engineering, government tendering, and large-scale project management. Under his leadership, BHIPL has delivered projects worth over ₹250 Crore and earned appreciation certificates from PWD for the Maha Kumbh 2025 infrastructure.

With over two decades of experience in the civil construction sector, she brings a unique perspective that blends operational rigour with a focus on organisational culture and community impact.

General ManagerAn MBA graduate from the prestigious Warwick Business School, UK, Mr. Suyash represents the third generation of the Agarwal family in the infrastructure business. Prior to joining BHIPL, he gained professional experience at JP Morgan Chase & Co. As GM overseeing technical operations and administration, he is responsible for project planning, technology adoption, process optimisation, and stakeholder management.
